I led the creative direction for the Taiwanese delegation at San Francisco Pride, designing a vibrant and culturally grounded experience that celebrated both queer and Taiwanese identities. From concept to production, I crafted a cohesive visual language through parade signage, stickers, fans, and towels—balancing national pride with the inclusive, joyful energy of Pride.
